Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
This includes:

• PDF downloads
• Personalised digital files
• Educational resources
• Downloadable trackers and planners
Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
🎨 Personalised Products
As personalised products are custom-made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless:
• The item arrives damaged
• The item arrives defective
• An error has been made by Little Life Finds
Please ensure all personalisation details are entered correctly before placing your order.
📦 Physical Products
If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
📷 Clear photographs of the item
📷 Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
📧 Your order number
Where appropriate, we may offer:
• A replacement item
• A partial refund
• A full refund
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Personalised products (unless damaged or defective)
• Orders with incorrect personalisation supplied by the customer
• Change of mind purchases
• Sale or clearance items
📍 Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before the item can be resent.
